I just bought a new hoop its 40” and its pretty light. But before that, I had a 40” that was heavy. Weight helps with momentum, the only thing is that it hurts more and bruises!! But I actually do love heavy hoops!! Also, I know that big hoops like the ones ive had are a lot easier for most people 38-40”
I always find a number of tutorials, add them on a folder on my favorites.
And as I learn each trick, I remove them.
